Key Responsibilities

•Design and manage the research and technology program portfolio aligned to enterprise technology priorities and franchise science arcs.
•Develop program charters including objectives, hypotheses, success criteria, milestones/decision gates, and required capabilities/partnerships.
•Implement phased investment models with milestone-based governance, reviewing performance to continue, expand, pivot, or terminate programs.
•Partner with Bose-X and engineering teams to transition validated research capabilities into scalable platform components.
•Coordinate cross-franchise programs and provide portfolio transparency and executive communication on status, risks, and opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 228,600 - 314,400 annually

•Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across research, engineering, and product organizations.
