•Own the on-call rotation and incident response for critical infrastructure.
•Drive postmortems and implement changes to prevent recurrence.
•Scale infrastructure and production systems to support rapid growth.
•Work directly with engineering teams to meet their infrastructure needs.
•Partner on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for reliable deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong fluency in Terraform and real experience owning infrastructure-as-code at scale.
•Hands-on Elasticsearch experience running ES for user-facing features.
•Deep GCP experience with Kubernetes, VPC, IAM, Cloud Logging, and managed services.
•Deep, hands-on scaling and sharding of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) in production.
•Ability to work a P0 calmly, communicate clearly under pressure, and run postmortems that prevent recurrence.
