Director, Engineering – Agentic Product

Lead engineering execution for Adobe’s Agentic Product, an AI-native experience that combines generative models and Adobe creativity capabilities into a coherent, high-quality product for creators at massive scale. Own end-to-end product quality—capabilities, behaviors, and user experience across surfaces—while building a new agentic engineering team. Partner with Product to define technical scope and delivery plans, set quality bars, and collaborate with platform/infrastructure teams on evals, guardrails, data protection, and reliability.
