Lead business operations and programs for Adobe's Monetization Growth; serve as Chief of Staff to the Senior Director, aligning org cadence, budgets, and cross-functional roadmaps across GTM, Product, Eng, and PMM. Key Responsibilities

•Own the operating cadence: staff meetings, All Hands, QBRs, OKR cycles, and cross-functional planning rhythms
•Drive headcount planning, opex/T&E budgeting, and resource allocation with Finance and HR
•Lead people & culture initiatives across a globally distributed team
•Ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are communicated, and follow-through happens
•Drive cross-team, cross-product, cross-surface roadmap alignment spanning all audiences (Creator, CPro, BizPro), and commerce experiences

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles within a technology or digital commerce environment
•Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams, with the ability to engage substantively on roadmap, experimentation, and delivery topics
•Demonstrated ability to manage organizational operations, including budgets, headcount planning, and planning cycles
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive-level settings
•Self-directed and proactive – comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity without waiting for direction
