•Provide specialized technical input to studies and design, including approval/sign-off and estimates for engineering budget and schedule.
•Perform quality control reviews of work, including design calculations/drawings, and prepare technical specification sections.

•Computer proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCad, including OpenRoads Designer and Civil3D.
