Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of quality, operations and/or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or leader of people.
  • •Experience managing or supporting ISO 9001 and Eaton Quality Management systems (EQMS).
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.
