Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional engineering organization responsible for the YP ADS/Alias platform on GCP.
  • •Drive GenAI-first engineering practices to improve development, testing, troubleshooting, release efficiency, and operational workflows.
  • •Deliver scalable, secure, highly reliable distributed systems supporting business, client, and regulatory needs.
  • •Advance modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, observability, feature flags, and safe production rollouts to strengthen execution predictability.
  • •Build and develop a high-performing team; communicate engineering strategy, priorities, risks, and progress with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 4 years with a PhD, or 13+ years of relevant experience.
  • •15+ years of relevant engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platform engineering, and production operations.
  • •Strong experience with GCP services and cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes/containerized workloads.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, infrastructure automation, release discipline, test automation, and progressive delivery.
  • •Familiarity with reliability practices (incident management, root cause analysis, alert tuning, production readiness) and payments/financial technology or other highly regulated environments.
