Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize tasks to ensure effective functioning of the area.
  • •Keep medical equipment and examination rooms clean and ready for use.
  • •Ensure compliance with hospital safety, infection, and security policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • •Manage clinic stock based on needs and ensure no expired items are used.
  • •Maintain JCIA-aligned hygienic standards, complete environmental assessment, and ensure RQI and mandatory education are completed on time, plus perform duties assigned by senior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a Health Care Assistant certification course (six months) or meet the stated education and Nurse Training requirements.
  • •1 to 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant.
  • •Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • •Arabic speaker is desirable.
  • •Demonstrate skills in assessing patients and families’ physical and psychological needs, and in coordinating/planning care with prioritization based on individual needs.
