Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, retain, and expand a book of client relationships through strong client service and ongoing account interactions.
  • •Administer client accounts and oversee compliance and accurate processing of account activity.
  • •Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, prospects, and support areas via meetings and phone/written correspondence.
  • •Expand existing relationships to increase AUM and banking services and maintain a new business and expansion pipeline.
  • •Support onboarding new accounts, including accurate setup and asset transfers, and work with bank wealth partners on planning and investment strategy communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred), with strong account administration knowledge.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of related experience (preferred).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and personal fiduciary trust principles, including litigation.
  • •Proficiency with financial planning software and capabilities.
  • •Valid driver’s license with regional travel required.
