Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate client meetings and workshops to capture and document business needs.
  • •Gather and analyze structured requirements, identifying gaps between current and future state, and produce BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • •Document business processes, data flows, application/technology requirements, and business rules; translate requirements for technology teams and delivery partners.
  • •Analyze and propose enhancements to business processes, systems, reports, and applications; support process modeling and logical data models.
  • •Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams; support testing/QA when required and produce consulting deliverables and summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in capital market or wealth management environments.
  • •Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • •Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives in regulated industries.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior client stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
