Key Responsibilities

  • •Write science-backed health content across formats, including articles, infographics, guides, video scripts, citations, and SMS.
  • •Develop and create health, wellbeing, and productivity webinars that balance engagement with evidence.
  • •Draft, pitch, and workshop content ideas internally and externally with a strong understanding of the underlying science.
  • •Support new-business efforts by creating pitch decks and other assets that match Thrive’s voice and rigor.
  • •Develop condition-specific content for the Thrive platform using top-tier health publication editorial standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in content, editorial, journalism, and/or branded content.
  • •A health writing portfolio showing you can make complex science compelling for broad audiences.
  • •Experience navigating the pharma/health review process (e.g., MLR).
  • •AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate work without sacrificing depth or accuracy.
  • •Experience producing multi-format content (long-form, video, and short-form) for consumer or enterprise audiences.
