Key Requirements

  • •7-9 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership across one or multiple product areas.
  • •Facilitate workshops and conduct user research; synthesize insights into user flows, information architecture, and wireframes/prototypes to guide teams through discovery to delivery.
  • •Experience with interaction and visual design, including contributing to and leveraging design systems.
  • •Design responsive, mobile-first experiences informed by user research and data insights.
  • •Proficiency with Figma and FigJam, and fluent use of AI tools in the design process with judgment on when to apply AI.
