Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, own, and continuously evolve the Global Executive Search Operating Model, including standards, processes, intake methodology, talent mapping, and selection criteria.
  • •Set global executive TA strategy and establish governance, quality, and compliance standards across five regions while tailoring to local labor market dynamics.
  • •Lead and develop a globally distributed executive recruiting team, including capacity planning, search prioritization, and coaching regional leaders on advanced sourcing and assessment.
  • •Maintain direct delivery accountability for the most strategically critical executive searches and ensure a premium candidate experience aligned to Visa’s employer brand.
  • •Drive data-first insights and market intelligence using advanced analytics, talent intelligence, and reporting tools to inform executive hiring decisions and succession pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of work experience, or advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of experience.
  • •Proven success leading and closing VP, SVP, EVP, and C-suite executive searches in large, highly matrixed global enterprises.
  • •Significant people leadership experience building and developing geographically distributed executive recruiting teams across regions and cultures.
  • •Experience designing and elevating a global executive search operating model, including process/governance frameworks, executive talent assessment practices, and technology enablement.
  • •Ability to partner with C-suite executives with strong executive presence and communication, influencing talent strategies and decisions.
