Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce company safety rules and conduct safety meetings (including toolbox talks) while ensuring safe plant operations.
  • •Ensure accurate concrete batching/load-out based on dispatch orders and specifications while complying with OSHA, MSHA, and DEP requirements and environmental/air quality rules.
  • •Oversee daily invoice ticket printing and documentation workflows (daily paperwork to the Division office, bank deposits, customer tickets/inbound materials/packing slips).
  • •Maintain efficient working conditions for plant equipment and trucks, including basic maintenance tasks and cleaning.
  • •Manage plant inventory with daily/weekly/monthly reporting and assist dispatch with scheduling drivers based on customer demand; identify and resolve safety, regulatory, personnel, and production issues.
