Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Employee Relations Advisory for Global Capability Network India, aligning ER agenda with business strategy, workforce priorities, culture, risk appetite, and People strategy.
  • •Own the ER risk agenda by identifying litigation, conduct, and workforce risks and establishing mitigation strategies within risk appetite.
  • •Develop, govern, and continuously improve ER policies, frameworks, and practices aligned to Indian employment legislation and Group requirements.
  • •Govern and resolve complex, high-risk ER matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, whistleblowing, investigations, and performance-related issues.
  • •Build and lead the Employee Relations team, coach ER advisors and HRBPs, and represent ER in governance and leadership forums while driving insight-led ER improvement using metrics and case data.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduation in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience, including 10 years leading Employee Relations in a complex, large-scale organization.
  • •Proven track record leading an Employee Relations Advisory function, shaping ER strategy, policies, frameworks, and practices.
  • •Deep expertise in Indian employment, labor, and industrial relations legislation, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical ER strategies.
  • •Strong leadership and influencing skills to consult, challenge, and influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions.
