Key Requirements

  • •Provide visual, aesthetic, and quantifiable inspection of finished product to identify defects and nonconforming product.
  • •Use quality procedures to remove defective product from the line and/or contain product according to established containment protocols.
  • •Perform manual dexterity tasks and fast, repeated finger/hand/wrist movements required for inspection work.
  • •Lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for 12 hours per day while meeting hearing and vision requirements (e.g., near vision at close range).
  • •Knowledge of plastic bottle defect requirements and quality procedures, including prior experience using laboratory equipment.
