Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the multi-year vision and long-term strategy for a destination fraud decisioning platform aligned to enterprise directives.
  • •Evaluate, architect, and execute the strategy for converging fraud platforms with Decisioning 2.0 to create a unified, real-time decisioning ecosystem.
  • •Champion novel LLM and agentic AI capabilities to build an automated fraud defense engine and solve an industry-wide problem.
  • •Oversee and align 10+ technical and sprint teams; set vision for complex architectural builds across multiple systems and processes.
  • •Partner with VP+ stakeholders and manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to expand platform capabilities across LOBs and meet governance, risk, and audit requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • •At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap.
  • •3+ years of experience building and leading teams of product managers.
  • •3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products.
