Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts and drive technical adoption, value, and maturity in collaboration with Customer Success teams
•Help customers instrument Braze across their stack and refine instrumentation toward renewals and upsells
•Lead discovery conversations about use cases and recommend solutions based on unique customer needs and architecture
•Support day-to-day inquiries and requests to optimize value through the customer lifecycle
•Empower customer product and engineering teams to use Braze independently, delivering enablement and education
•Adopt governance practices by creating solutions documentation and architectural diagrams and drive progress on technical work streams
•Validate product use cases and translate customer requirements to Braze’s Product team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,450 - 112,500 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area (e.g., Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture) for enterprise/strategic accounts
•3+ years of technical experience in managing complex customer environments with strong product command and knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
•Natural problem solver with high intellectual curiosity and ability to collaborate in a team to solve problems
•Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and perform under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
