Key Responsibilities

•Own logistics operations for TTS Global E-Commerce Malaysia, managing logistics suppliers and ensuring lead time and delivery experience.
•Research and analyze fulfillment performance to identify operational problems, risks, and improvement opportunities.
•Monitor and iterate logistics supplier operational KPIs and continuously optimize SOPs.
•Improve logistics service experience for platform sellers and buyers and collaborate on special project optimizations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
•3+ years of logistics experience managing 3PL vendors for a large e-commerce company (SEA or China).
•Experience working on the corporate side of a major courier company in operations, quality, or network planning.
•Excellent communication skills to secure alignment with stakeholders.
•Goal-oriented, results-driven execution with fast learning ability.
