Client Relationship Consultant I

Serve as the welcoming face of the branch and build trusted relationships with clients. You’ll handle routine financial transactions accurately, support account openings and issue resolution in line with policies and regulations, and consult with clients to understand their needs. Proactively communicate to educate and resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and refer opportunities across commercial lending, treasury management, mortgage lending, and investment services.
