Bridge between PedidosYa and major consumer goods companies to maximize growth of the Supermarkets vertical by securing investment for exclusive promotions and accelerating Retail Media ads. Own negotiations, data-driven opportunities, and collaboration with retailers to convert visibility into mass-market sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify product gaps and opportunities in assortment and negotiate commercial push with CPGs.
•Act as ambassador of the supermarket ecosystem to CPGs, driving channel adoption through data analysis and market opportunities.
•Lead investment negotiations (JBP) with CPGs to secure annual or quarterly budgets for exclusive app promotions.
•Accelerate Retail Media by collaborating with the Retail Media team to sell and optimize ad spaces (banners, highlights, checkout ads) to meet awareness and conversion goals.
•Design co-investment mechanics where brands and PedidosYa invest together to boost specific categories and improve penetration.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years in Commercial/Trade Marketing Digital or Key Account Management (KAM), preferably with a CPG (e.g., P&G, Nestlé, Danone) or via an E-commerce/Last Mile platform.
• commercially oriented/negotiator mindset with strong relationship management and comfortable presenting business plans to Marketing and Sales Directors.
•Analytical mindset with ability to understand performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and translate them into a compelling sales narrative for partners.
•Ability to collaborate in a matrix structure, coordinating with Retail Media, Operations, and KAMs across supermarkets.
•Advanced SQL desirable and experience with complex databases; experience with visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
