Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate verification cycle time using AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • •Validate AI outputs by reviewing assumptions, aligning to specs/standards, cross-checking simulations/waveforms/assertions/coverage, and documenting accepted/changed results.
  • •Provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon block/full-chip designs, and developing test cases/stimulus to improve functional coverage.
  • •Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors, run regressions, and improve coverage analysis through verification automation.
  • •Develop verification methodology and environments for advanced DRAM/emerging memory products and co-work with international colleagues on new verification flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • •Analytical capability for complex CMOS and/or gate-level circuit designs.
  • •Proficient with SystemVerilog and PLI coding, and experience with UVM test benches.
  • •Experience in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields.
  • •Good understanding of digital/mixed-signal circuits and experience in AMS verification and co-sim. Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering (or related) required.
