Job Summary

Sell and technically advise on Alfa Laval heat exchangers to food & beverage customers in the DACH region from a home-office base, identifying new opportunities, maintaining and expanding key accounts, coordinating with service and sales teams, and representing Alfa Laval at trade shows to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell commercially and technically oriented services and products in the heat exchanger space
•Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by regular visits and product presentations from your home office in Southern Germany, Austria or Switzerland
•Identify new potential customers and business opportunities in the heat exchanger area
•Provide technical advisory and develop tailored solutions based on specific customer needs
•Prepare, track offers, and negotiate proposals to achieve sales targets

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Technical training or degree with focus on dairy, food processing, or brewing technology, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar
•Several years of external sales experience selling technically complex products, ideally with an existing customer network in the target sectors
•Product knowledge of heat exchangers is advantageous
•Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory (approx. 3-4 days per week)
•Strong MS Office365 skills and experience using a CRM system; excellent German and good English (spoken and written)
