Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support product education, in-store promotions, and events, and help create an enjoyable team environment.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, and collaborate with store management to improve personal key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (proficiency of other language(s) is an advantage).
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email, and able to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
