Job Summary

Act as a Systems Engineer for the Commercial vertical, delivering pre-sales support and technical consultancy to enterprise customers. You’ll translate customer requirements into security solution designs and implementations, run demos and presales activities (proposals, presentations), and support tender processes including RFPs/RFIs and POC demos. You’ll also provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
•Propose and deliver security solution design and implementation solutions based on customer requirements and environments.
•Carry out presales activities in solution offerings, including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Assist with tender documents and support RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos.
•Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
•Experience handling big enterprise accounts, lab setups, and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Strong networking/security solutions skills including Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SD-WAN, Sandboxing, and UEBA.
•Experience with cloud deployments such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or Google Cloud.
•Knowledge of SDN, orchestration, multi-vendor integrated deployments, and hacking techniques (exploit simulation or penetration testing).
