Support the logistics team with transportation administration, including accurate data entry into transportation and inventory systems, coordinating vehicle movements to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers, and dispatching loads for correct arrival designations. Handle email, phone, and walk-in inquiries from internal teams, customers, and subcontractors, investigate discrepancies, and communicate resolutions to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
