•Own the architecture and administration of core enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
•Build automations and API integrations with Python and Terraform to enable zero-touch onboarding and offboarding.
•Drive identity and access management by implementing and maintaining SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC.
•Develop AI-assisted workflows and tooling to accelerate IT operations, troubleshooting, and scripting.
•Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and authentication challenges, and lead infrastructure projects end-to-end.

•Ability to evaluate emerging platforms quickly and communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
