Software Quality Lead

Drive software quality across the SDLC for Motorola LMR products, partnering with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and global quality teams to prevent defects and improve reliability. Lead root-cause analysis, facilitate DFMEA and design reviews to prevent defect leakage, and define/track software quality metrics and defect trends. Support manufacturing quality investigations, represent the Malaysia site in quality reviews, and ensure compliance with ISO and telecom quality standards.
