Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying customer financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Educate customers on bank technology such as online, mobile, and ATM banking while maintaining strong product, policy, and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and referral and follow-up programs.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, technology, and policies and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in a relevant role.
•Provide fingerprints for additional background check requirements under NMLS regulations.
•Bachelor’s degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales (preferred).
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships (preferred).
•Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking/lending, customer service, and presentation skills (preferred).
