Job Summary

Lead a multidisciplinary Agile Scrum software team for the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Missile Defense Sensors program. Provide strategic and technical oversight across software baselines (RDPL, UEWR, Cobra Dane), manage cost/schedule/technical performance, and drive SW risk/opportunity mitigation plans. Collaborate with Chief Engineers and Program Management through reviews and milestones to ensure radar software meets customer requirements and supports long-term capability growth.

•Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
•Interact with cross-discipline teams to define cost-effective program goals and drive on-time/on-budget execution.
•Align team priorities with program milestones and work closely with stakeholders.
•Identify, create, manage, and execute software risk and opportunity mitigation/capture plans.
•Provide regular program status review and tracking with Engineering and Program Leadership, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience managing project/program cost, schedule, and risk, or experience with Earned Value Management, Risk & Opportunity, IMS, or IMP tools.
•Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders.
•Experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or System Integration.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
