Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement security improvements by assessing customer requirements/environment, evaluating trends, and developing security architecture, requirements, and related artifacts, plans, and policies.
  • •Support and develop RMF assessment documentation and perform cybersecurity controls validation testing to achieve Authorization to Operate (ATO) decisions.
  • •Perform analysis on cybersecurity collected data and test results.
  • •Conduct cybersecurity audits and compliance evaluations to ensure appropriate implementation and continuous compliance of the product system’s security posture.
  • •Collaborate with engineering disciplines to minimize cybersecurity threats to deployed designs/products.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with at least 5 years).
  • •Active and transferable DoD TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance.
  • •Experience with security features and/or vulnerability analysis across operating systems, plus systems engineering requirements and specifications.
  • •Experience implementing DoD/Federal IA certification, accreditation, and authorization processes using NIST RMF (NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-37).
