Job Summary

Join OKX to expand its network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates across Czechia and Slovakia. You’ll recruit and onboard new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities, run results-focused campaigns to drive trading volume and user growth, and build long-term partnerships. The role includes competitor and market analysis, proactive partner meetings, and collaboration with the product team to better match offerings to user needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate deep knowledge of the trading and crypto industries to inform business decisions using market trends, regulations, and key players.
•Proactively recruit and attract new affiliates, VIP traders, and trading/crypto communities and influencers.
•Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, including content creation, increased trading volume, user acquisition, and active transactions.
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates to align their strategies with OKX business objectives.
•Initiate partner meetings and collaborate with the product team using market insights to optimize offerings and expand cooperation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
•Fluency in English and Czech.
•Proven experience in affiliate development in the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Czechia and Slovakia.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with a goal-oriented, targets-driven mindset.
