Job Summary

Develop analytical tools and data workflows that support alternative asset management operations, bridging strategy and technology execution end to end. Key Responsibilities

•Lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks for deal tracking, portfolio monitoring, and related workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and improved data flows.
•Conduct business analysis and stakeholder sessions to drive efficient modeling and asset/portfolio management workflows within the Private Equity business.
•Partner with global and regional teams to document best practices and processes and champion sustainable ways of working across intake, prioritization, delivery, and documentation.
•Develop and maintain analytical software solutions using Python and SQL, ensuring code quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
•Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data used in AI and analytics workflows, including access controls, licensing compliance, and alignment with legal/security/business requirements prior to release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 years in a data analysis or data science role with fluency in Python and SQL for interacting with data and data warehouses.
•Experience working within a technology team for a financial firm, with preference for alternative asset management and real estate.
•Advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
•Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices.
•Skilled in using Business Intelligence tools such as Sigma and Tableau, and communicating effectively with both business and technical coworkers.
