Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe work practices and equipment use, with required documentation, inspections, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Provide leadership on multiple shifts by assigning schedules and daily duties to production teams to run efficiently with minimal overtime.
  • •Review repair and maintenance needs with relevant supervisors, determine parts and lead times, and deliver monthly plans for scheduled repairs, upgrades, and major projects.
  • •Implement and maintain an effective, documented Quality Control program and coordinate with Commercial and Sales to address off-grade/off-spec materials before shipment.
  • •Prepare and monitor daily production reports to improve throughput, reduce costs/expenses, increase profitability, and maximize metal recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5-10 years of manufacturing/industrial work experience with 2-5 years of managerial experience.
