Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pathfinding initiatives for future nodes and architectures in photolithography technology development.
  • •Establish long-term photolithography process and equipment technology vision and roadmaps.
  • •De-risk novel lithography concepts and platforms through execution and technical authority.
  • •Serve as a technical authority across R&D and manufacturing and mentor senior/next-generation technical leaders.
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, while complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 12+ years or Master’s with 15+ years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields, with demonstrated semiconductor photolithography process development experience.
  • •Recognized advanced imaging authority with advanced proficiency in photolithography process & equipment roadmaps and cutting-edge equipment/metrology tools.
  • •Advanced knowledge of optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and memory architecture across multi-node/multi-site programs.
  • •Advanced proficiency in lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis.
