Support Financial Advisors by servicing and administering client relationships in an in-office, Monday–Friday role. Prepare financial plans, conduct investment research, place and manage client trades, process corporate actions, and handle client calls, appointments, and routine correspondence. Enter data in Salesforce, maintain client records, coordinate meeting materials, and assist with onboarding paperwork. Identify sales opportunities using internal and bank leads while following authentication and risk procedures.
