Key Responsibilities

•Schedule and deliver hourly new hire orientation and ensure required paperwork/information is valid and correctly entered into Workday at the time of orientation.
•Coordinate, conduct, and follow up on onboarding tasks to ensure completion and timely, accurate data entry.
•Validate rehire status in Workday and other historical databases and merge records when needed.
•Partner with recruiting on new hire scheduling for orientation, paperwork completion, and job previews; screen job bid candidates, schedule interviews, and present offer letters (loading manual offer letters into Workday).
•Serve as first point of contact for employees and walk-in applicants; complete HR clerical tasks (e.g., badging, I-9 information, Pay Card administration, WOTC) and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Demonstrated clerical experience; human resources experience strongly preferred.
•Strong computer skills using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Workday or similar HCM systems preferred.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written, with internal and external customers; ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
•High attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality.
