Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of a resort restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and strong food & beverage standards. •Organise and control restaurant operations to provide dining services.
•Oversee smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of the property’s food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.
•Collaborate with the kitchen team during service to ensure quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
•Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants, including rostering and compliance with hygiene and workplace health & safety standards.

Key Requirements

•12+ months supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.

•Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
