Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • •12+ years of proven experience with three years and working with memory systems in the lab.
  • •Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production.
  • •Experience in DRAM, high speed DRAM Interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements.
  • •In Pre-Silicon phase, work with the design and verification teams to define features required for smooth bringup and productization.
