Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, and operate scalable, resilient backend services, APIs, and data pipelines across the domain.
  • •Own features end to end from design and implementation through production rollout, observability, and operational health.
  • •Contribute across the stack where needed, integrating services with front-end workflows and other platform teams.
  • •Participate in and help lead design discussions, making technical trade-offs for the work you own.
  • •Investigate and resolve complex bugs and reliability issues; uphold quality via code review, testing, and secure development practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as C#, Go, TypeScript, or Java, with experience designing and building APIs and microservices.
  • •Experience owning backend services end to end and contributing across the stack when needed, including working in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
  • •Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or comparable agentic AI coding tools) to design, build, and review software at high velocity.
  • •Hands-on AWS experience building and operating production services (compute, IAM, managed data stores) with reliability and cost awareness.
  • •CI/CD understanding and hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) plus modern testing and observability practices.
