Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop mechanical design packages with complete sets of drawings for modified or original designs, using mathematical skills to compute weights, dimensions, and material quantities.
  • •Create sketches and drawings from sketches and verbal information, ensuring appropriate views, details, and supplementary information.
  • •Prepare mechanical designs that comply with applicable design codes, standard engineering practices (SEPs), RAGAGEPs, and fabrication/constructability and drafting requirements.
  • •Exercise independent judgment to select and interpret data based on design intent and required information from existing drawings, catalogues, technical guides, and field observations.
  • •Review designs as needed to assure compliance, and interface with other disciplines to deliver mechanical design deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Design or Engineering.
  • •15+ years of practical industrial design experience.
  • •Piping experience.
