•Achieve sales targets and consistently deliver on KPIs.
•Contact key decision-makers via phone, email, and social to bring on new business, with some in-person meetings as appropriate.

•Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, documenting call outcomes in the CRM.
•Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit partnering, serving as a lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities and collaborating with other departments for partner experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 141,000 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2+ years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
•Fluency in Croatian and English (another language is a bonus).
•Experience with SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
•Strong relationship-building and “hunter” mindset for bringing in new business.
•Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
