Job Summary

Work as an entry-level Technical Services Implementation Engineer, partnering with the Implementation Engineering team to handle client-impacting activities. Own portions of installations, perform less complex configurations and installations, and respond to break/fix incidents and problem-management activities. You may also provide second-line telephonic support on the technical service desk under guidance, while building foundational knowledge of technical design principles and related project administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop ability to own portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
•Work with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
•Provide second-line telephonic support on the technical service desk under guidance (periodic telephonic duty).
•Action less complex configurations and installations.
•Attend to less complex break/fix events and perform other related tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•Some work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems.
•Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles.
•Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project management and administration processes.
•Strong learning orientation with good verbal communication skills.
