Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide data and analysis for the monthly Value Creation pack.
  • •Build reporting for Beer analysis alongside the Customer Investment Manager.
  • •Automate existing reports and create dashboards to improve visibility of key Customer Investment metrics.
  • •Maximise visibility of Value Creation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across reporting.
  • •Work cross-functionally to ensure reports meet distinct stakeholder needs and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical thinking with confidence translating complex commercial and financial data into clear insight for non-finance colleagues.
  • •Strong technical analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ability to produce data dashboards.
  • •Experience with reporting/planning tools including XTEL, Promax, Anaplan, SAC or CAP (beneficial).
  • •Proactive, can-do mindset with drive to deliver and see work through.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build relationships across different teams and levels.
