Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. Build plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps components; integrate systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, support migrations/upgrades, and contribute to code reviews and CI/CD releases with Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
•Build and maintain custom components including plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
•Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
•Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, support migrations/upgrades, and participate in code reviews and mentoring while using Azure DevOps for release management.

Key Requirements

•6+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
•Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
•Deep knowledge of customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
•Experience with Dataverse and managing CRM data models.
•Experience integrating systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
