Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of portfolio vision and direction, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and driving strategic portfolio management and capital investment planning.
  • •Establish and embed portfolio management and control frameworks, using evaluation, gap analysis, benchmarking, and market analysis to deliver the optimised future state.
  • •Provide stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels, acting as an advisor and aligning diverse stakeholders behind shared portfolio outcomes.
  • •Define and embed safeguards for portfolio risk, including health and safety considerations, and oversee identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • •Oversee financial and commission management, including CapEx performance, budget tracking, cost reporting, and pursuing future business growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme management methodologies and governance frameworks, particularly in real estate and complex delivery environments.
  • •Strong experience managing a portfolio of programmes and/or projects, including performance optimisation and capital investment plans.
  • •Track record delivering expected outcomes with high standards and driving continuous improvement across portfolio delivery.
  • •Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including leading strategic partnerships at executive/C-suite level.
  • •Experience overseeing portfolio/programme financial performance, including reporting, budget tracking, and cost management processes.
