Provide on-site hardware support for move/add/change and break/fix activities for raised floor and NER environments. Install, relocate, reconfigure, remove, and maintain hardware and related voice/online data processing equipment, while supporting inventory records and audits for equipment, space, and spare parts. Support installations and change control processes in a high-risk facility, including granting emergency access to critical environments to authorized vendors and teams.

•Experience in IT hardware infrastructure, change control, technical troubleshooting, and hardware installation/support.
