Job Summary

Own and execute project plans from conception through implementation, including strategy, process development, and resource planning for the 6S Program across Santa Clara Lab Operations. Drive cross-functional alignment with Manufacturing, Logistics, Facilities, EHS, and Quality; manage schedules, purchase requisitions/orders, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Use tracking tools and 6S systems (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint dashboards) to monitor risks, performance, and release/deployment readiness while coaching stakeholders on 6S behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception through implementation, including strategy, processes, and resource planning.
•Lead implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the 6S Program across Santa Clara Lab Operations, including audits and corrective action closure.
•Manage project schedules and track tasks using reporting tools (reports, checklists, scheduling software).
•Coordinate resources across the division to meet on-time, within-budget objectives; initiate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
•Own and manage 6S tools/systems (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint trackers/dashboards) and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 183,500

Key Requirements

•Lean / 6S certification or formal training is required.
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
•PMP or a project management certification is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Apply 6S methodology and audit/sustainment systems knowledge to improve workplace organization, safety, and workflow in manufacturing/lab environments.
