Build and deploy agentic GenAI solutions for payments operations, owning work from prototype to production. Create bespoke AI tools to optimize merchant experience, enhance pricing models, and improve internal workflows. Lead evaluation and benchmarking for LLMs and agent systems using domain-grounded benchmarks and reusable evaluation infrastructure. Serve as an AI technical resource across the organization and raise engineering standards through mentorship, reproducibility, documentation, and rigorous evaluation.
