Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and debug Vcore power delivery systems for Intel (VR13, VR14 EGS/BHS), AMD (SP5, SP6, SP7), and NVIDIA GPU/AI accelerator platforms.
  • •Perform Vcore fine-tuning for Intel VRTS and AMD SDLE, including system-level simulation and loop stability analysis.
  • •Conduct transient response tuning and schematic/layout reviews to validate power system performance.
  • •Create Issue Analysis Reports with problem definition, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with customer R&D/validation and partner with Sales/Product Line teams to grow TI’s analog and power business in Server, AI, and Datacenter segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in power system design, validation, and debug, preferably for server or GPU power applications.
  • •Strong understanding of Intel VR13/VR14 (EGS/BHS), AMD SP5/SP6/SP7, and NVIDIA GPU power architectures.
  • •Practical experience with DCDC converter design, loop compensation, and hardware-level debugging.
  • •Proficiency with simulation modeling tools (SIMPLIS, PSpice, TINA-TI or equivalent) and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
